Is there a shuttle service available to get to the Sun Valley Lodge?
- If you are flying into SUN airport and are a guest at the Lodge, there is a complimentary shuttle available to you. Please call 208-622-2122 ahead of time to arrange it. You will need to provide your full name, date of flight, number of people in your party, and your flight number.

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?
Complimentary valet is available to any Sun Valley Lodge Guest.
What is the attire for the conference?
Sports coats or business casual is encouraged.
Where do I go to check in?
Check in for the event will be at the Sun Valley Lodge lobby and begins on Tuesday, September 16 at 2pm.
Are there meals included?
